【Course Introduction】

In this two-day course , participants are trained to apply worldwide popuplar Ramle-Brac Methodology and tools to lead process in order to improve projects. EPIP software is proved effective , whose necessary material is powerful knowledge system of RBG Methodology. The graduates of this workshop can quickly improve the organization performance in their enterprises relying on their methodology 、tools and technology.

This course is designed for the charging project performance consultant and performance improvement implementation team members. The earlier stage of the required course is FOCUS course 、ePIP process analysis and workshop designs.
