◎Enterprise History

1982 -- General Foods (combined with Kraft later) and Uni-President founded joint venture in Taiwan Province;

1984 -- Kraft founded two joint ventures in China , producing solid instant drinks and coffee; Nabisco and Beijing Yili Food Company founded a joint venture;

1988 -- Nabisco released Ritz and Maria Biscuits in Bejing and Tianjin markets;

1989 -- United Biscuits founded a joint venture in south China

1994 -- Kraft bought cooperation partners' shares and founded owned enterprise

1995 -- By purchasing Co-co Biscuit Company , Nabisco founded its branch in Taiwan Province; Kraft carried forward dairy markets in Beijing; Nabisco introduced Trakinas Sandwich Biscuit in Beijing;

1996 -- Nabisco completed the architecture of constructing biscuit manufactures in Beijing and Suzhou , and released Oreo and Ahoy biscuits;

2000 -- Nabisco purchased biscuit business of United Biscuits in Great China. In the same year, Kraft purchased Nabisco;

2001 -- Kraft released its dairy business in Beijing;

2005 -- Kraft began building a wholely new biscuit manufacture in Beijing;

2006 -- Kraft combined all entities into Kraft Foods (China) Limited Company.
